About Learn and Earn
NTTF Learn and Earn program is a a hands-on learning program with classroom learning to give young people to acquire industry skill. Students not only get the education but also get job experience and a knowledge of their trade.

After the program is completed, NTTF provides placement assistance to successful candidates

- 20% theory 80% on the job training ojt
- First one month will the theory class to make you industry ready
- Second man on word weekly one day theory and five day at the industry
- Candidate need to work in shift in the company during OJT
- Complete the semester exam every six months which includes theory and more practical reading to diploma in manufacturing technology
